This contract covers the refurbishment and repair of a Flo-Tork hydraulic actuator (drawing 265-41735) to "like new" condition, designated as Special Emphasis SUBSAFE/Non-Level I material for a critical shipboard system. The work must be performed by the original equipment manufacturer (Moog) under a sole source arrangement, with extensive quality, non-destructive testing, welding, and certification requirements per Navy specifications. Offerors must provide not-to-exceed or firm fixed pricing, along with a separate beyond economic repair price, excluding shipping costs. Final delivery is required on or before 118 days after the contract's effective date, with certification data due 20 days prior to scheduled delivery. The resulting contract will be a DO-rated order for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System.
