This is a contract for the manufacture and delivery of SPECIAL EMPHASIS (Level I) fasteners, specifically a 7/8-inch stud made from Grade 500 material per QQ-N-286, meeting MIL-DTL-1222 requirements. The final delivery of material is required on or before 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract.
