NAVSUP WSS seeks a sole-source OEM Level I repair/refurbishment of SUBSAFE/Non-Level I shipboard material to CAGE 09176 drawing 1852-1332, including teardown, evaluation, inspection, and full repair to “like new” or “A” condition. Pricing must be NTE or FFP for the repair plus a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price and, if available, an approximate new-item cost; shipping material costs are excluded because the Government/ATAC will handle shipping. Award will be a DO-rated DPAS order with stringent quality assurance, serialization/traceability, certificates of compliance and tests, qualified welding/brazing procedures, and an ISO-9001 or acceptable alternate quality system. PNSY review/acceptance of certification CDRLs occurs 30 working days after receipt, and final material delivery is required on or before 85 days after the contract effective date. Early and incremental delivery is acceptable at no additional cost, and DD1423 Data Item A001 may be waived if already on file.

Pricing must be submitted as either a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) or Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and must include a separate beyond-repair price.
