This is a contract for the refurbishment of a critical shipboard ECG Refurbish kit, designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material due to the severe consequences of failure. The work involves detailed inspection, refurbishment, and extensive testing—including hydrostatic, dielectric, and non-destructive tests—in strict accordance with numerous military specifications and drawings. The contractor must provide a comprehensive certificate of compliance and maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 or MIL-I-45208. A one-year warranty applies from the date of delivery.
