The requirement is a total small business set-aside. Marking and packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-PRF-23199, including shelf-life and cure-date markings, and the material must ship with at least 85% of its 48-month shelf life remaining. A Certificate of Compliance and a cure date certificate must be submitted at the time of material delivery. FOB destination applies.
