The contractor must maintain an acceptable inspection system and comply with specified quality, packaging, cleanliness, and mercury-exclusion requirements. Delivery is FOB destination, with payment through Wide Area Workflow, and a Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-81356) is required at material delivery for each unique contract/order, NSN, and item combination.
