The item must meet specified manufacture/design, mercury-exclusion, quality-assurance, packaging/packing/marking, and documentation requirements, including a Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 submitted at the time of material delivery. The contractor must maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government and keep inspection records available during performance and for any longer period specified in the contract.
