Packaging must meet specified cleanliness and military standards such as MIL-STD-767, MIL-STD-2041, MIL-PRF-23199, and MIL-STD-2073, including green poly bag rules and no fire-retardant material requirement. A Certificate of Compliance under DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at the time of material delivery, and waiver/deviation requests must be routed through the Government QAR within five working days.
