This NAVSUP WSS repair-part procurement is a total small business set-aside requiring mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD and compliance with the IRPOD, drawings, STRS, and cited military/commercial specifications. The contractor must maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system, submit a pre-manufacturing procedure/drawing package within 45 days after contract award, and provide a vendor-certified test/inspection report package at the end of the contract. Packaging must meet applicable cleanliness controls and MIL-PRF-23199/MIL-STD-2073 requirements, with labels marked per IRPOD nomenclature, and mercury is prohibited from intentional addition or direct contact with hardware. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification level requirements apply, and contractual documents are considered issued when mailed, faxed, or emailed.
