This is a NAVSUP WSS mechanical repair-part/material procurement requiring mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD and associated technical documents, available via the BPMI e-commerce site with password/pre-registration. The award is a total small business set-aside and will require compliance with cybersecurity maturity model certification, Wide Area Workflow payment, and Workflow Pro MOD assist. Technical, quality, and packaging requirements are governed by the IRPOD and applicable documents, including an acceptable Government inspection system, MIL-PRF-23199/MIL-STD 2073 packaging and cleanliness controls, and exclusion of intentionally added mercury. DD Form 1423 data deliverables apply, and a Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at the time of material delivery to NAVSUP-WSS Code N9433, with separate certificates for each unique contract/NNS/nomenclature combination. Pricing must remain valid for 60 days unless the bidder specifies otherwise, and delivery is FOB destination.
