The Government requires quantity 4 EA of NSN 7H-5998-016880503 (TDP VER 001), with delivery to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, CA. The Government does not own and cannot obtain rights to the data needed to purchase/repair this part from additional sources, and reverse engineering is uneconomical. It intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the qualification requirements at time of award, and the Government is not using FAR Part 12 for this acquisition.
