The Navy (NAVSUP WSS) is seeking a shelf-life-sensitive reagent powder manufactured by IDEXX Distribution Corp. (CAGE 0USV5), part number WCLS200I, packaged as 200 each per PG. The material must have at least 85% of its 12-month shelf life remaining at shipment and requires cure-date and certificate-of-compliance documentation at delivery. Four incremental deliveries are required, beginning on or around 15 April 2027, with subsequent shipments every 90 days. Offerors should note applicable hazardous-material SDS/GHS labeling, MIL-STD-129 marking, packaging, inspection, and quality-assurance requirements.
