This is a NAVSUP WSS-MECH fixed-price supply procurement set aside for total small business, requiring compliance with IUID, inspection/acceptance, FOB destination, WAWF payment, and mandatory use of the Workflow Pro module. Technical documents such as IRPODs, drawings, specifications, and STRs must be obtained through the BPMI e-commerce site at the required revisions; NOFORN/export-controlled documents require prior approval and need-to-know certification. The contractor must maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system, comply with IRPOD quality requirements, and package, preserve, and mark supplies per MIL-STD 2073. Post-award, the contractor must submit a Certificate of Compliance at material delivery and a procedure/drawing pre-manufacturing package within 45 days after contract award. Mercury is prohibited from being intentionally added to or contacting hardware/supplies, and cited document revisions must be used in their entirety unless approved otherwise.
