The government requires manufacture of 3 EA HP Test Kits (NSN 7H-6685-017081470-X5) in accordance with the IRPOD/TDP, with delivery required 180 days after the date of contract. Deliveries are to DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. Government source inspection is required. The acquisition is intended as a sole-source action under FAR 6.302 and is not being conducted under FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, and award will require the offeror, product, or manufacturer to meet qualification requirements at time of award.
