This is a NAVSUP WSS procurement for repair parts requiring compliance with an Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) package, including mandatory vendor review and an inspection system acceptable to the Government. Technical documents and drawings are subject to NOFORN export controls and may not be released to foreign nationals without prior Naval Sea Systems Command approval. Quality, packaging, and cleanliness requirements apply, including MIL-PRF-23199 packaging, MIL-STD 2073, mercury exclusion, and FOB destination terms. A Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at the time of material delivery, and quoted pricing must remain valid for 60 days unless otherwise specified.
