Technical documents are NOFORN/export-controlled and must be obtained through the BPMI e-commerce site or requested from the contracting office, with controlled distribution requiring need-to-know certification. Post-award, the contractor must submit a pre-manufacturing procedure/drawing package within 45 days after contract award and applicable test/inspection reports per the contract delivery schedule/end of contract, with a separate package for each unique contract/NIIN/nomenclature combination.
