This is a total small-business set-aside procurement for shelf-life-sensitive repair parts/materials that requires mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD and compliance with NAVSUP WSS-MECH technical, quality, inspection, packaging/cleanliness, and mercury-exclusion requirements. Applicable technical documents are obtained through the BPMI site, and certain nuclear reactor publications or controlled documents require need-to-know certification via the PCO or DCMA. A cure date certificate must be submitted at the time of material delivery, and all deliveries must have fresh shelf-life dates. Waiver/deviation requests must be justified and routed through the Government QAR to the post-award PCO within five working days. Payment will be through Wide Area Workflow, FOB destination applies, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification level requirements may apply.
