This opportunity is a total small business set-aside fixed-price supply contract for the manufacture of repair parts, subject to NAVSUP technical and quality requirements. It includes higher-level quality requirements with a mandatory inspection system per MIL-I-45208, plus premanufacturing and test procedure submittals required 45 days after contract award. Contractors must comply with the Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) and controlled technical documents that are export-controlled and not releasable to foreign nationals. Additional requirements include cybersecurity MCM certification, FOB-destination delivery, Wide Area Workflow invoicing, and clauses covering veterans, disabilities, and other small business provisions. Packaging must meet cleanliness and other specified standards, and vendor certified test reports are due by end of contract.
