NAVSUP WSS-MECH is procuring shelf-life-sensitive repair parts/materials under a total small business set-aside, FOB destination, with quality requirements per MIL-I-45208, CMMC level requirements, and a Government-acceptable inspection system. A material IRPOD is available at the BPMI site, and vendor review is mandatory; technical drawings, specifications, and related documents are subject to NOFORN export controls, with any foreign transmittal requiring prior Naval Sea Systems Command approval. The contractor must meet IRPOD quality, packaging/cleanliness, mercury-exclusion, and DD Form 1423 data-delivery requirements, including certificates of compliance and cure-date certificates submitted at material delivery. Quoters must specify a pricing validity period, with 60 days as the default if not otherwise stated. All deliveries must have fresh shelf-life dates.
