This is a total small business set-aside contract for Navy repair parts, requiring compliance with detailed technical documentation such as the IRPOD, drawings, and specifications. Contractors must submit pre-manufacturing procedures within 45 days after contract award, and a complete package of Reports of Test and Inspection (ROTI) per the contract delivery schedule, with the first submission at end of contract.
