This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for the supply of repair parts under a fixed-price contract. Offerors must mandatorily review the Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) and comply with all cited military specifications, drawings, quality assurance, and packaging requirements. Quoted pricing must remain valid for 60 days. The awarded contractor must submit a pre-manufacturing/procedure package within 45 days after contract award and a Certificate of Compliance at material delivery. Technical documents are subject to special export controls, and foreign nationals may require prior approval from NAVSEA.
