ADHESIVE
This is a fixed-price supply contract with a total small business set-aside for 400 units (TU) delivered in four equal shipments: the first on or around March 1, 2027, followed by additional deliveries every 90 days thereafter. The contractor must review the mandatory IRPOD (Individual Repair Part Ordering Data) available on the BPMI site, as all technical and quality requirements are contained or invoked in that document. The material is shelf-life sensitive, requires a cure date certificate, and all deliveries must have fresh shelf-life dates; hazardous material must be identified with SDS and GHS labels submitted prior to award. Pricing quoted must be valid for at least 60 days after the closing date, and all contractual documents are considered issued by the government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by fax, or sent electronically. The contract includes higher-level quality requirements, inspection and acceptance provisions, and cybersecurity maturity model certification level requirements.
