Prospective bidders would provide a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair of the CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB (CAGE 53711, ref. 6127275) and also provide a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price. The government or ATAC will handle shipping, so shipping costs should not be included in the quote. The contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility requirements and complete final government inspection and acceptance within a required RTAT of 61 days after receipt of assets. Award will be issued unilaterally under a BOA and is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, who must submit proof on company letterhead. Repair work must follow original manufacturer specifications and drawings, MIL-STD-130 marking, and applicable inspection, recordkeeping, and packaging requirements.
