The Navy, under Emergency Acquisition Authority, seeks a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair of a TERMINAL,REMOTE (CAGE/ref OERB9 148752-1 / 53711 8527620-106), including teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair to like-new or “A” condition; if firm-fixed pricing is not possible, a not-to-exceed price may be quoted, and a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price must also be provided. Shipping costs are excluded because the government/ATAC will ship and deliver the material, and the contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility requirements. The award will be issued bilaterally and requires the contractor’s written acceptance, with repair awards including pre-populated remarks for repair turn-around time, throughput constraint, and induction expiration date (induction expiration NTE 365 days).
