This is a firm-fixed-price contract for full repair of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB (CAGE/ref 52088 20511801-1), with beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair pricing also required. The contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility requirements and perform repairs to the specified CAGE/reference standard using approved repair/overhaul practices, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. The required repair turnaround time is 82 days after receipt of assets, with Government inspection/acceptance within the contract RTATs and inspection records retained for 365 days after final delivery. Shipping of material will be handled by the Government/ATAC, so shipping costs should not be included. Award will be issued unilaterally per the BOA, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered, with proof required.
