This Navy requirement is for repair of the MODULATOR,PWR SUP, with work performed to contractor repair/overhaul standards, applicable documents, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging requirements. The contractor is responsible for inspection/testing, quality compliance, and retaining inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and all freight is FOB Origin. Quotes must include unit and total price, Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) or capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, pricing structure (firm-fixed-price, estimated, or NTE), RMA number if applicable, and new-unit price/lead-time for repair-vs-buy comparison. CASREP accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted at no additional cost to the government. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and any applicable Basic Ordering Agreement terms take precedence over conflicting order terms.

The Government requires 8 each of a power supply modulator (NSN 7H-5865-015249866, P/N 900-30600, TDP VER 005), to be delivered to DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. The part must be acquired from or repaired by a source specified on source-control or selected-item drawings per DoD-STD-100, because suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing/repair knowledge are not available to allow other sources or second-source parts. The proposed contract action is intended to be sole-source under FAR 6.302-1, and award will require the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet applicable qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1. All responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements; this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but responses will be considered in deciding whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
