The Government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase or contract repair from additional sources and has determined it is uneconomical to buy the data or reverse engineer the part. Delivery is required to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. All responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and award requires meeting qualification requirements at time of award per FAR 52.209-1. The acquisition is not using FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, though interested parties may identify commercial-item capability to the contracting officer; certain items may be subject to Free Trade Agreements/WTO GPA if specified DFARS clauses are included.
