The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 for 25 each of NSN 7H-5963-015325323, TDP VER 008, PANEL, COLOR ENTRY (60319-1), delivered to DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to procure or repair this part from additional sources and has determined it is uneconomical to buy the data/rights or reverse engineer the part. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond or submit proposals, but award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the qualification requirements at time of award. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 commercial-items policies, though interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item. One or more items may be subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement if the applicable DFARS clauses are included.
