The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 for a circuit card assembly (NSN 7H-5998-015295211-GL, ref no. 1715296-101), quantity 20 EA, delivered to DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to contract repair from additional sources and has determined that buying the data or reverse engineering the part is uneconomical. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the applicable qualification requirements at time of award, and the acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability, and information received will normally be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement if the cited DFARS clauses are included.
