The Navy seeks a firm fixed-price quote, or a not-to-exceed price if FFP is unavailable, for full repair of the ELECTRONIC MODULE,S under CAGE/ref 02769 20510607-3 to “like new” or “A” condition, including teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair; a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price must also be submitted with the quote. The vendor must not include shipping costs, as the government/ATAC will ship and deliver the material, and must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) requirements. Repair awards will include remarks for repair turn-around time, throughput constraint, and induction expiration date, with the induction expiration not to exceed 365 days. The contracting officer may exercise an increased-quantity option within 180 days of the effective date of the repair contract award, using the same delivery time and prices listed in the schedule. Award will be bilateral, requiring the contractor’s written acceptance, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered unless proof of authorized distributor status is provided.
