This Navy RFQ is for repair of the ACTUATOR,ELECTROMAC (CAGE 1KHV0, ref GSX60-1203-XXX-AB2-368-XB-XH-XT-47965), and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item with proof provided with offers. The Government seeks a 70-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), measured from receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, and encourages CASREP accelerated delivery at no additional cost. Quotes must include firm unit/total pricing, proposed RTAT, capacity constraints if the required 70-day RTAT or earlier cannot be met, and teardown/evaluation pricing if the item is beyond repair. Government Source Inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work, and the contractor must report receipt in CAV by the end of the fifth regular business day. Late RTAT performance may trigger per-unit/per-month price reductions, and the bilateral award requires the contractor’s written acceptance.
