The Navy requires firm-fixed-price full repair (or a not-to-exceed price if FFP is unavailable) of the CIRCUIT CARD ASSY,S under CAGE/ref 53711 8663803-1 and 3X893 910-90115-02, including teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair to “like new”/“A” condition, with a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price also provided at quote. Shipping costs are excluded because the government/ATAC will ship and deliver the assets, and the contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) requirements. The contractor must have a Secret security clearance and access to classified documents under DD Form 254, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer with proof provided on company letterhead. The contracting officer may exercise an increased-quantity option within 180 days after the effective date of the repair contract award, with the same delivery time and price listed in the schedule. Repair turn-around time, throughput constraints, and induction expiration terms (not to exceed 365 days) apply, and inspection records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
