The Navy requires full repair of the TERMINAL,VIRTUAL CO to “like new” or “A” condition, including teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair; offerors should quote a firm fixed price, or a not-to-exceed price if firm fixed is not possible, plus a beyond repair/beyond economic repair price. Repairs must follow contractor repair/overhaul standards and approved documents for CAGE 53711 / Ref. No. 8527620-117, with marking per MIL-STD-130 Rev N and compliance with Commercial Asset Visibility requirements. Shipping costs should not be included because the government/ATAC will ship and deliver material, and the award will be bilateral requiring contractor written acceptance. Repair award terms include repair turn-around time, monthly throughput constraint (currently 0/month), and an induction expiration date up to 365 days, with inspection records retained 365 calendar days after final delivery. Award consideration will be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item.
