The Navy seeks firm-fixed-price repair of a RECEIVER-TRANSMITTE (CAGE 53711, ref. 6625227), plus a separate beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price. Contractors should exclude shipping costs because the Government or ATAC will ship/deliver the material, and must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility requirements. Repair work must follow approved repair/overhaul standards and original manufacturer specifications/drawings, with MIL-STD-130 marking and applicable MIL-STD 2073 packaging. The required repair turnaround time is 60 days after receipt of assets, with Government final inspection and acceptance within contract RTATs and inspection records retained for 365 days after final delivery. Award will be issued unilaterally per the BOA, and consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, with proof required on company letterhead.
