This is a repair contract for power supply assemblies, requiring a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 50 days measured from physical receipt at the contractor's facility to Government acceptance. Performance will take place at the contractor's facility, with Government Source Inspection required and freight handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work. Repairs must restore the item to the original manufacturer’s operational and functional requirements, with marking and packaging per military standards. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and provide proof of authorization with their offer. The resultant award will be bilateral and requires the contractor’s written acceptance prior to execution.
