This is a sole-source action under FAR 6.302-1, though all responsible sources may submit capability statements for consideration. Award will require the offeror or manufacturer to meet qualification requirements at the time of award, per FAR 52.209-1. The acquisition will not be conducted under commercial item procedures (FAR Part 12).
