This is a FAR Part 12 commercial/nondevelopmental/off-the-shelf procurement for full repair of the INTERFACE UNIT, DATA (CAGE 02769, ref 20517170-3), with the quantity increased to six. Offerors must quote a firm-fixed price for full repair to like-new/A condition—including teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair—or a not-to-exceed price if firm-fixed pricing is not possible, plus a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price; shipping material costs must be excluded because the government/ATAC handles shipment. The contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV), keep inspection records available for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and follow applicable repair standards, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and specified inspection requirements.
