This opportunity is for the delivery of 25 units of NSN 1H-2090-011738665-X5 to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Dist San Joaquin in Tracy, CA. The Government does not own the technical data needed for competitive procurement and has deemed it uneconomical to acquire or reverse engineer the data. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but all responsible sources may submit capability statements. Proposals will be considered if received within 45 days of the synopsis publication (or 30 days if under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement).
