This is a total small business set-aside Navy procurement for repair parts requiring mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD and compliance with its technical/quality requirements, including MIL-I-45208 higher-level inspection, first article approval/testing on one unit, and specified packaging/cleanliness controls. The first article test applies only to the gasket, not the valve; first article reports are due within 45 days from the date of order, ROTIs are due 40 days prior to delivery, and premanufacturing procedure packages are due 45 days after contract award. Any award will be a DO-rated order, may be single or multiple orders, and requires a quoted delivery date for each line item.
