First article test reports are due within 45 days of order, procedure packages within 45 days after contract award, and Reports of Test and Inspection (ROTIs) are due 40 days prior to delivery. Any resulting contract will be a DO-rated order, and quoted pricing must remain valid for 60 days unless otherwise specified.
