This is a proposed sole-source contract for two parts, with delivery to DLA Distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. The government does not own the necessary data rights for this part and finds obtaining them or reverse engineering to be uneconomical. While the government intends to negotiate with only one source, all responsible sources may submit their capability statements; proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. Interested parties may also identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of this notice.
