This is a sole-source procurement for six items that must be acquired directly from a specific, non-manufacturer contractor. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, and it is uneconomical to obtain the data rights to compete the requirement. Deliveries are specified for DLA Distribution locations in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. Interested parties may submit capability statements, and proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. Additionally, parties may identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
