This is a proposed sole-source contract for the repair of a specific part, set aside 100% for small businesses. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, but will consider capability statements received within 45 days of the synopsis publication. Delivery is specified for two locations: DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California. The Government does not own the technical data rights for this part and finds obtaining them or reverse engineering the part to be uneconomical. Interested parties may identify their capability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of the notice.
