This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole-source contract for the supply of 12 units of a specific part. The Government does not own the necessary data rights to competitively procure or reverse-engineer the part. Deliveries are specified for DLA Distribution locations in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. All responsible sources may submit capability statements, and proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. Interested parties may also identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of this notice.
