Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a proposed sole-source contract for one part, with delivery to DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business, with the specific type of set-aside to be defined in the solicitation. The Government does not own the data rights to purchase or repair this part from other sources and deems reverse engineering uneconomical.
