This is a sole-source procurement for a specialized part requiring engineering source approval from the design control activity to maintain quality. The Government intends to negotiate with only one approved source, but all responsible sources may identify their capability to respond. Deliveries are required to DLA Distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and Tracy, California. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. Interested parties may also identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
