The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the supply of eight units, with delivery to DLA distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. The Government does not own the data rights to purchase or repair this part from other sources and finds reverse engineering uneconomical. While this is a notice of intent and not a competitive request, proposals received within 45 days (or 30 under a BOA) may be considered. Award is contingent upon the offeror meeting specific qualification requirements at the time of award. Interested parties may identify their capability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
