Notice ID:N0010426QBK56

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the supply of three units of a specific part, with delivery to DLA distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. The Government does not own the data rights to purchase or repair this part from other sources and finds reverse engineering uneconomical. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal request for competitive proposals, the Government will consider any capability statements or proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication for the purpose of potentially conducting a competitive procurement. Award is contingent upon the offeror, product, or manufacturer meeting specific qualification requirements at the time of award. Interested parties may also identify their capability to provide a commercial item solution within 15 days of this notice.
