This requirement is for the manufacture of two control valves, with delivery required 180 days after the date of contract. The services are to be delivered to DLA Distribution Norfolk in Virginia. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, but will consider all proposals received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Pre-production procedure submittals and government source inspection are required.
