This Navy procurement is for the manufacture of a flat washer, P/N MS15795-818, cage 80205, per MS15795 and applicable military marking, packaging, and configuration-control requirements. It is a total small business set-aside and includes qualification, CMMC, and security-prohibition requirements. Awards under the source control drawing will be made only to approved sources listed on the SCD, and substitute items require prior testing and NAVICP approval. The contractor is responsible for inspection and quality compliance, must retain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery, and must package per MIL-STD-2073; Government source inspection is required and delivery is FOB destination. Payment will be via Wide Area Workflow invoice/receiving report combo.
